Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking a Sr Solutions Manager - WMS to translate customer needs into viable, technically sound solutions, bridging sales, product, and delivery while ensuring on-time delivery and margin targets. You will lead discovery workshops, develop SOWs, oversee billable engagements, and build reusable assets while guiding cross-functional teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

This role requires 7+ years in solution consulting or professional services, strong negotiation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years in solution consulting or professional services with billable engagements.
• Experience writing SOWs and managing commercial engagements.
• Strong stakeholder, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proven problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to capture objectives, processes and success metrics.
• Create solution architectures, designs and high-value proposals aligned to outcomes.
• Develop accurate SOWs, resource plans, timelines, and risk registers.
• Support commercial negotiations and input on pricing and changes.
• Serve as lead consultant on billable engagements and coordinate with delivery teams.
• Monitor engagement financials and manage risks early.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to recruiting and skill development.
