Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in supply chain strategy, consulting, or transformation roles.
• Proven experience delivering warehouse execution solutions to customers.
• Experience communicating with senior client stakeholders and shaping high‑impact strategies.
• Experience coaching junior consultants and leading workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead major workstreams of supply chain strategy and advisory engagement on Execution accounts.
• Translate high-level strategic objectives into structured analyses, hypotheses, and deliverables.
• Co-develop client strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps alongside Strategy Advisors.
• Drive problem-solving sessions and internal alignment on key design decisions.
• Act as a primary day-to-day client contact for defined areas of the engagement.
• Support executive-level storytelling, including synthesis of insights and implications.
• Contribute to proposal development, scoping, and estimation activities.
• Lead internal capability building, asset development, and mentoring efforts.
