Government Recruitment Service in Darlington is seeking an Adjudication and Casework Lead to drive the OSBC's adjudication and casework agenda. You will oversee casework delivery, ensure fairness and compliance, and lead a high-performing team delivering service excellence.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong stakeholder engagement, and a commitment to continuous improvement within a regulatory environment.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading adjudication and casework functions.
• Strong people management and team development skills.
• Ability to ensure regulatory compliance and evidence-based decision making.
• Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders at senior levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Adjudication and Casework functions, setting strategic priorities, delivery plans and objectives.
• Provide leadership and oversight of all casework and adjudication activity to ensure efficiency, fairness and service standards.
• Lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams with a culture of accountability and customer service.
• Ensure oversight of decision-making processes, ensuring robust, legally sound adjudications in line with legislation and policy.
• Collaborate with Head of Enforcement and Casework to identify risks and contribute to enforcement strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with government departments, legal advisers, industry representatives and stakeholders.
