BDO is seeking an Account Manager for the Financial Sponsor Coverage team in the UK. The role designs frameworks, governs accounts and aligns UK and global practices within the FSC programme.

You will support Lead Relationship Partners and account teams to improve retention and outcomes. You will work across service lines to standardise governance, data capture in Dynamics, and performance reviews, driving disciplined account management and insightful reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a portfolio of accounts in professional services.
• Experience with Financial Sponsors (private equity) and deal dynamics.
• Strong CRM and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Design and refine the Financial Sponsor Key Account framework for PE clients.
• Define account segmentation and strategic classifications.
• Establish governance and playbooks for priority accounts.
• Lead governance of the sponsor programme and pipeline reviews.
• Maintain high-quality account data in Dynamics and related systems.
• Collaborate with PE Operations and Commercial Insights to drive growth.
• Coordinate cross-team bids, pursuits and account plans.
• Coach and develop FSC team members in strategic account management.
