Job summary

Dains in Dunfermline seeks an Accounts & Business Advisory Manager to lead a portfolio of clients, delivering strategic financial guidance and proactive advisory services throughout the year.

You will mentor and develop the team, manage client relationships, and work with Senior Managers and Partners to drive growth and client value using cloud accounting platforms such as Xero, Sage and QuickBooks.

Qualifications

• ICAS or ACCA qualification with CPD aligned to requirement for your designation.
• Proven track record supervising a designated client portfolio including managing workflow and meeting deadlines.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with communication across teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of clients, building trusted advisory relationships.
• Deliver proactive financial and strategic advice to drive growth for clients.
• Review and sign-off client accounts with accuracy and timeliness.
• Mentor team members to senior levels and support resource planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic client solutions.
