• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of client projects to ensure on-time, profitable completion
• Review and coach assistants and seniors on technical work to uphold quality standards

• Manage client onboarding, fee proposals, WIP and debt recovery processes
• Grow your own client portfolio and potentially manage your own list
