Dains Accountants & Advisers, a dynamic accounting firm, seeks a Manager for its Accounts & Business Advisory team in Birmingham and Burton, adopting hybrid working. You will lead client relationships, deliver strategic financial guidance, and oversee the work of junior staff while collaborating with Directors and Partners to drive growth.

The role emphasizes leadership, client-centric advisory, and cross-team collaboration to deliver holistic solutions across the Dains group.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified with full CPD for the qualification.
• Proven track record supervising a designated client portfolio including workflow, preparation, review and invoicing.

• Manage portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships.
• Provide proactive financial and strategic advice to drive growth.
• Use accounting ratios and benchmarking to assess client viability.
