Job summary

VANRATH is seeking an experienced, commercially minded Account Manager to join their Client Services team in Belfast. The role involves managing a portfolio of clients across print and design, building strong relationships and driving revenue from enquiries through to delivery.

You will spot opportunities, grow accounts, re-engage lapsed customers and work closely with design and production to keep service high quality and commercially focused.

Qualifications

• Strong print background with design studio experience an advantage.
• Experience running client relationships, enquiries, quotations and projects end-to-end.
• Ability to identify opportunities, grow accounts and re-engage lapsed customers.
• Collaborates with design and production teams to maintain high quality and commercial focus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a portfolio of existing client accounts, building strong, long term commercial relationships.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients by phone, email and in person.
• Develop accounts through cross-selling, upselling and regular contact.
• Re-engage lapsed and inactive clients to generate new opportunities.
• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound enquiries and leads.
• Recommend print, design and production solutions and prepare accurate, commercially viable quotations.
• Follow up quotations and opportunities through to conversion.
• Maintain an organised pipeline, keeping leads and follow-ups on track.
