Job summary

VANRATH in Belfast is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Client Services team. You will manage a portfolio of existing client accounts in the print, design and creative sector, handling inbound enquiries and identifying new revenue opportunities.

You will work with internal design and production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard, while nurturing long-term relationships and achieving revenue targets. Base salary £30–£33K.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Account Management or Sales, ideally within the print, design or creative industry.
• Proven experience managing and developing client accounts.
• Experience handling inbound sales enquiries and converting opportunities.
• Commercially confident with experience preparing and following up quotations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working towards individual and team revenue targets.
• Confident communicating with clients by phone, email and face-to-face.
• A proactive and commercially minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, building strong and long-term relationships.
• Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and grow existing accounts.
• Respond to inbound enquiries and convert opportunities into revenue.
• Re-engage lapsed and inactive clients to generate new business.
• Prepare, present and follow up on commercial quotations and proposals.
• Attend client meetings and visits where required.
• Manage projects from initial brief through to delivery and invoicing.
• Work closely with design and production teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, resolving queries and managing issues through to completion.
• Maintain an organised sales pipeline and ensure all opportunities and follow-ups are recorded accurately.
• Identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional print, design and creative services.
