Qualifikationen

• Degree-level education or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a professional, client-facing, or project-based environment.
• Experience in professional client relationship management.
• Ability to plan and strategise at a senior level.
• Strong attention to detail with a persuasive and confident approach to project management.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or a related sector is advantageous but not essential.
• Familiarity with consumer insurance products such as travel, A&H, affinity, and personal lines.
• Cert CII or ACII is beneficial but not required.

Aufgaben

• Support the development of insights, analytics, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to inform strategic business decisions.
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of value propositions for existing and prospective partners across key verticals.
• Support the implementation of new strategic deals and partnerships, coordinating activities from inception through to go-live.
• Assist in delivering key business initiatives by helping to manage workstreams, track progress, and maintain momentum.
• Support the Head of New Business Development in identifying and pursuing growth opportunities across the consumer market, including proposition development and meeting preparation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, marketing, legal, compliance, and operations, to ensure effective implementation of new programs.
