Job summary

Chubb is seeking an experienced Compliance Advice Manager to join its UK Compliance team, focusing on Consumer Lines. The role involves providing high-quality advisory support to shape compliance culture, product governance, and regulatory understanding across the UK business.

You will influence stakeholders, manage regulatory expectations, and help embed compliant decision-making into business activity. The role offers a hybrid working model and opportunities to impact governance and regulatory

Qualifications

• Strong and in-depth understanding of UK insurance regulation, including consumer and commercial insurance products, Consumer Duty, Product Governance, Insurance Conduct of Business, and Appointed Representatives.
• Significant experience providing compliance advice in a regulated financial services or insurance environment.
• Demonstrable ability to assess complex issues, apply sound judgement, and provide practical, risk-based advice.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted and credible compliance advisor to Chubb’s UK business, with a focus on Consumer Lines.
• Support product governance activity, including development, implementation, review, and oversight of new products and distribution arrangements.
• Review and advise on customer-facing materials to ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Provide timely day-to-day compliance guidance to colleagues across the business.
• Contribute to the UK Compliance Plan and cross-functional projects.
• Engage with regulators as appropriate and support regulatory submissions.
