Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Customer Care Account Manager near Newton Abbot. This permanent, office-based role offers a salary of 26,000-30,000 per annum with 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday and one Saturday in 4 until 12pm.

An on-the-job degree is available and there are solid career progression opportunities. You will build and maintain relationships with a range of clients, deliver excellent service, and work with the Manager to support growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer service, or client-facing roles.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, from sole traders to senior leaders.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and act as a trusted point of contact for client inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products and services.
• Support client retention by delivering high-quality service.
