Zusammenfassung

Our Future Health in London is building a health research platform and is seeking a proactive partnerships professional to help universities and academic institutions collaborate effectively. You’ll lead the development of new academic partnership models, strengthen existing relationships and coordinate with Marketing, Legal and Product to turn ideas into delivery.

This is a 12-month FTC starting mid February 2027.

Qualifikationen

• Experience developing and managing partnerships with universities, research organisations or innovation partners.
• Able to shape a partnership offer, support its early delivery and use evidence and feedback to guide its development.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and influencing skills, including confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• Organised and able to manage connected workstreams while staying adaptable as partner needs and evidence develop.
• Comfortable collaborating with Marketing, Legal and Product on complex partnership programmes.
• A strategic, innovative approach with the ability to turn plans into delivery.
• Strong presentation skills and experience speaking to academic audiences.

Aufgaben

• Lead development of new academic partnership models to increase research use of the platform.
• Build on existing relationships and approaches using feedback from academic leaders to shape models.
• Develop plans to introduce new offers to academic institutions and drive uptake.
• Represent Our Future Health externally, communicating research ambition and partnership opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support university engagement and recruitment activities.
• Track engagement and impact to understand value and improve offers.
