Job summary

Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited supports a dynamic educational group seeking an Academic Partnerships Manager to lead the lifecycle of academic collaborations. The role spans campuses across the UK and beyond, focusing on relationship-building, compliance and governance.

You will oversee onboarding, performance monitoring and governance, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing academic partnerships or complex external stakeholder relationships.
• Strong understanding of higher education quality assurance, governance and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to evaluate performance, identify risks and opportunities, and make informed recommendations.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational management and development of the portfolio of academic partnerships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner institutions and internal stakeholders.
• Support due diligence, onboarding, performance monitoring and governance processes.
• Prepare analyses and briefing papers to support governance and decision-making.
• Lead review meetings and drive continuous improvement across the function.
