Job summary

ACS International Schools in Cobham, Surrey, is seeking a creative Social Media & Content Creator to lead storytelling across our central Marketing team. This hands-on role involves developing content that resonates with audiences, capturing on-campus stories, and shaping how ACS appears on social platforms.

You will own the content calendar, craft short-form video and visuals, and work closely with Marketing Managers across our campuses to tell authentic ACS stories.

Qualifications

• Experience building audiences and telling stories that engage viewers.
• Ability to use data and analytics to inform content decisions.
• Experience with short-form video and vertical formats.
• Familiarity with CMS, ideally WordPress, for web content alignment.
• Experience in education or safeguarding awareness is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly social content calendar with campus managers.
• Develop new content formats and series to boost engagement.
• Stay ahead of social trends and platform developments.
• Capture on-campus content and create vertical video, photography, graphics.
• Edit content for organic and paid campaigns.
• Adapt content for different platforms while preserving school character.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and report insights.
• Support wider marketing activities as needed.
• Ensure safeguarding requirements are followed in content.
