Strong ability to ideate and execute engaging short-form content.

Responsibilities

Create engaging short-form video across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms
Act as on-camera personality across social content, interviews and features
Own process from idea through filming, editing and publishing
Develop organic growth strategies and build an online community
Track performance metrics like watch time, retention, shares and engagement
Spot trends early and turn them into relevant content
Produce polished content against client briefs
Collaborate with influencers and partners on interviews and campaigns
Support wider campaigns, launches and events
