Job summary

Midland Heart Ltd is seeking an experienced Content Creator to shape how the organisation is understood across communities. You’ll produce compelling photography and video content, tell tenant and community stories, and manage our expanding social media presence across LinkedIn and digital channels.

In this role you will work with the External Communications team to convert PR priorities into engaging content, ensuring brand standards and privacy guidelines are followed while delivering

Qualifications

• Portfolio of work required or links to examples.
• Experience in media, digital, communications or related field.
• Ability to identify engaging stories across tenants, partnerships and events.
• Understanding of GDPR when filming and photographing tenants.

Responsibilities

• Create photography and video content for tenant stories, news, partnerships, events and milestones.
• Spot story opportunities by listening to tenants and colleagues and capture quotes and interviews.
• Develop and manage social media presence and content for app and website.
• Collaborate with External Communications Manager to support wider objectives.
• Advise on brand tone and work with designers to maintain quality.
• Hands-on content creation knowledge across photography, videography and digital storytelling.
• Stay updated on digital content trends and channels.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines within brand guidelines.
• Ensure consent and privacy considerations are followed in all shoots.
