Job summary

Cadillac Formula 1® Team at the Silverstone Facility is hiring a Stores Operator to manage inventory, process stock movements, and support operational needs. The role includes driving a van for daily tasks and requires a full UK driving licence. Night shift (4x10h) rotates Mon-Thu / Tue-Fri (6pm–4:30am).

Key duties include receiving and inspecting materials, maintaining records, and coordinating with teams to fulfil requests. Rolling recruitment is in place; background checks may be required.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Stores Operator to join Cadillac Formula 1® Team at the new Silverstone Facility. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, processing stock movements, and ensuring that materials are available to support the team's operational needs. Please Note: This is a Night Shift position working 4 days x 10 hours rotated between Monday – Thursday and Tuesday – Friday from 6pm – 4:30am.

Requirements

What do we need from you?

• A full, clean UK driving license is required for this role
• Must be comfortable driving a van
• Previous experience in a stores or warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)
• Basic computer skills, including experience with ERP systems
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of health and safety regulations associated with warehouse operations
• Flexible and proactive attitude towards work
• Positively contribute to an open and inclusive culture
