Job summary

Cadillac Formula 1® Team at the Silverstone Facility is hiring a Stores Operator to manage inventory, process stock movements, and support operational needs. The role includes driving a van for daily tasks and requires a full UK driving licence. Night shift (4x10h) rotates Mon-Thu / Tue-Fri (6pm–4:30am).

Key duties include receiving and inspecting materials, maintaining records, and coordinating with teams to fulfil requests. Rolling recruitment is in place; background checks may be required.

• Understanding of health and safety regulations in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and components.
• Process stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist in preparation and dispatch of materials as required.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a tidy and organized storage area.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to fulfil material requests.
• Participate in regular stock audits and reconciliations.
• Utilize ERP systems for tracking inventory and orders.
• Report discrepancies or issues with inventory to management promptly.
• Deliver and collect parts by vehicle to internal and external destinations.
