Job summary

ETL Systems in Hereford is seeking a Stores Assistant to join our storeroom team in a busy manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Stores Team Leader, you will manage incoming goods, stock locations, and order fulfilment for thousands of components, PCBs, cables and fixings, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

You will work 8 am to 4 pm, collaborate with colleagues, and maintain ERP records using our stock system.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a stores or warehouse environment.
• Very good numeracy and problem-solving.
• Very good written and verbal communication.
• Experience with an ERP/stock system.

Responsibilities

• Kitting of work orders and goods-inwards inspection.
• Stock taking and adjustments.
• Bin management and locating items.
• Despatch of finished goods and general stores administration.
• Support other departments as required.
• Ensure procedures are followed in stock handling.
