Job summary

ETL Systems is seeking a Stores Operative to join our Hereford facility. Based in a storeroom environment, you will handle thousands of small components, PCBs, cables, and connectors while supporting daily targets. Core hours are 8 am–4 pm, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work.

You’ll work under a Stores Manager, perform stock control, despatch readiness, and general stores administration, contributing to smooth production flows and accurate inventory records.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a team in a friendly, professional environment.
• Able to work under pressure and switch between tasks.

Responsibilities

• Kitting of work orders.
• Goods‑inwards inspection and receipt.
• Cyclical stock taking.
• Stock adjustments and transfers of various types.
• Bin management, including assigning new locations.
• Final inspection and despatch of finished goods.
• Sub‑assembly packing and bin transfers.
• Carrying out general Stores administration work.
