Job summary

T&K Associates invites applications for a Stores Operative/Driver based in Swadlincote. You will load and unload vehicles using a Counterbalance FLT, book in stock, and perform stock takes while delivering goods across the UK.

The role offers regular daytime hours (Mon–Fri 8am–4:30pm, with occasional Saturdays), a £13.10/hour rate, an annual bonus, overtime pay at time-and-a-third, and access to a company pension scheme and parking. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be over 21 with a full clean driving licence for insurance purposes.
• Applicants need to have had experience driving a Counterbalance FLT.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading Lorries using a Counterbalance FLT.
• Booking in stock.
• Performing stock takes.
• Banding and wrapping orders on pallets.
• Driving goods to customers all over the UK.
• Any other duties as required (e.g., painting).

• Performing stock takes
