Job summary

T&K Associates are recruiting on behalf of our client in Swadlincote for Factory Labourers to join on a temporary to permanent basis. The role starts on a day shift and moves to rotating shifts once trained, with a starting hourly rate of £13.50 and potential to rise to £16 after training.

T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Swadlincote for a number of Factory Labourers to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

The role will be starting on a day shift and moving onto a rotating shift pattern once fully trained.

Job Details & Benefits

• Rotating shifts - Monday-Thursday 6:00-15:30 & Fridays 6:00-10:00 (with Friday overtime mandatory when required) and an afternoon shift every 3rd week Monday - Thursday 1pm-10:30pm.
• Starting hourly rate of £13.50 with the opportunity to rise to £16 with training sign off.

Person Specification

• No beards (due to half-face mask use)
• Blood test is required quarterly due to the nature of products handles
• Must be physically fit due to lifting and moving the product
• Happy to stand for the duration of your shift and complete repetitive duties
• A valid FLT licence is desirable however not essential as training is available if interested
