Job summary

Morson Edge is recruiting an Aircraft Stores / Logistics Operative to support receipt, processing and issue of aircraft parts at RAF Brize Norton. The role sits in a busy Aerospace Stores environment and suits candidates with experience in Stores, Warehouse or Logistics.

You will process parts on AMOS, maintain records, issue parts, place orders, chase deliveries and uphold aviation safety procedures. IT skills with Outlook, Word and Excel are essential, and a keen eye for detail will help

• Receiving and accurately processing incoming aircraft parts onto AMOS.

• Processing US returns to Airbus.
• Placing and progressing orders for aircraft parts.
• Chasing outstanding orders to support timely delivery.
• Maintaining the safety and security of parts and assets within the Stores facility.
• Following aviation safety, security and health and safety procedures.

Aircraft Stores / Logistics Operative

Location: RAF Brize Norton
Duration: 6 months rolling, possible permanent
Pay: £17–£20 per hour, depending on experience

Aviation Stores AMOS Aircraft Parts MAA Environment

Morson Edge are recruiting for an Aircraft Stores / Logistics Operative to support the receipt, processing and issue of aircraft parts within a busy Aerospace Stores environment at RAF Brize Norton.

This role would suit candidates with experience as a Logistics Operative, Stores Operative, Warehouse Operative, Stores Assistant, Logistics Assistant or Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator, particularly those looking to develop their career within Aerospace.

We would also welcome applications from recent graduates with a relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Operations or a related discipline, looking to gain hands‑on experience within the Aerospace sector.

As an Aircraft Stores / Logistics Operative, you will be responsible for:

• Receiving and accurately processing incoming aircraft parts onto AMOS

You’ll need previous experience within a Stores, Warehouse, Logistics or Inventory environment, together with good IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Strong attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to consistently follow processes are essential. Knowledge of lifting and manual handling equipment would also be beneficial.
