Job summary

Morson Edge is recruiting an experienced Stores Supervisor to join a busy military aviation maintenance operation based at RAF Brize Norton. This role will supervise day-to-day stores activities, ensuring the efficient receipt, control, storage and issue of aircraft parts while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

You will lead a small stores team within an MAA Part 145 approved organisation, participate in stock control and continuous improvement, and

Qualifications

• Experience supervising stores or logistics in aerospace/aviation
• Experience with AMOS or similar inventory systems
• Ability to lead a team and manage stock control
• Knowledge of health and safety practices

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day Stores team activities to ensure efficient output
• Allocate resources to meet workload demands
• Receipt and process incoming aircraft parts using AMOS
• Issue parts to engineering teams and support maintenance
• Maintain inventory records and stock levels
• Ensure safe handling, storage and security of components
• Liaise with suppliers and place orders for parts
• Promote health, safety, and security procedures across Stores
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
