Through our marketplace app, we connect businesses that have unsold, surplus food, with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at a reduced price of retail value. We are a certified B Corporation with a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste. Alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste. We’re growing fast: Our community of 122+ million users in 19 countries has already saved more than 453 million meals from going to waste - avoiding more than 1.224 million tonnes of CO2e!

As our new Stores Operations Specialist, reporting to the Franchise Store Operations Manager in London, you will be the main contact for the stores and work closely with them, improving their engagement with Too Good To Go and ultimately reducing the amount of food they throw in the bin! You will focus on partner relationships, retention and data analysis to inspire stores towards a more sustainable behaviour to help us grow our mission.

  • You will be responsible for yourKPIs and track them closely in order to set up proactive processes to ensure our partners have a high retention rate.
  • You will offer a great customer experience while optimising the number of meals saved. You are our best ambassador by embodying the philosophy and tone of voice of our brand
  • You will develop in-depth knowledge of the store journey of your segment and make recommendations to Account Managers based on this.
  • You will analyse data, generate reports, and provide recommendations on how to improve our KPIs. You will conduct data analysis of store performance and suggest ways to make improvements, using data to identify churn risks and supply opportunities, creating plans to implement these, and actioning them.

Requirements

  • As this role is entry-level we are not looking for any specific experience, however we are keen for you to demonstrate why you are well-suited to this role - whether that’s from your studies, volunteering work, your personal life or any professional experience.

  • You can work cross-functionally to develop strategies to grow Key Account stores.
  • You are energised by the perpetually changing environment that characterises a scale-up.
  • You are a self-starter who is efficient and able to manage your own workload, but also gets energy from working together in a team and actively contributing to team meetings and targets.
