Job summary

RS Integrated Supply is seeking a Stores Envoy with Buying to manage stock and sourcing for the Client. You will ensure high standards of availability, negotiate cost reductions, and work with Procurement to meet SLAs.

You will also maintain accurate stock records, issue stock, and deliver excellent service while supporting the Client’s procurement needs. Office-based role with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Source ad hoc stock and non-stock items for the Client per SLAs and procedures.
• Assist Client in selecting goods and advise on alternatives to reduce costs.
• Liaise with Procurement for product information.
• Process orders using correct procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professional Client relationships.
• Issue stock products to the Client.
• Provide supplier catalogues and product references for the Client.
• Expedite outstanding purchase orders promptly.
• Record goods delivered in stock control system.
• Release products on back order for Client delivery.
• Confirm customer deliveries promptly.
• Ensure documentation is completed and authorized.
