Job summary

RS Integrated Supply is seeking a Stores Envoy with Buying to ensure high-standard stores and product availability for the Client. You will source ad hoc stock, negotiate cost reductions, and coordinate with Procurement to maintain accurate stock records.

The role emphasizes exceptional client service, timely stock deliveries, and efficient order processing. The position is office-based with a focus on inventory management and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Source ad hoc stock and non-stock items per SLAs and internal procedures.
• Assist Client in goods selection and advise alternatives to negotiate cost reductions.
• Liaise with Procurement for additional product information.
• Process orders with correct procedures and deliver exceptional client service.
• Issue stock products to Client and provide supplier catalogues and references.
• Expedite outstanding purchase orders and record goods in stock system.
• Record stock locations and adjustments; release products on back order as needed.
