Qualifications

• Storekeeper role and stock control experience.
• Familiarity with HACCP documentation and food safety practices.
• Ability to work in a hospital setting with ward deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Storekeeper role, orders, deliveries, HACCP documentation
• Comply with hygiene and health & safety practices per SOPs and current legislation
• Use equipment like dishwashers, Burlodge trolleys and coffee machines safely
• Collaborate with ward staff to ensure patient meals are served on time within protected mealtime schedule
• Interact politely with patients, staff and visitors and assist with questions or issues
• Record food temperatures at ward level or in retail outlets and take corrective action as needed
