• You are an organised and analytical thinker who can prioritise tasks.
• You will handle customer needs on the shop floor and by phone.
• You must be flexible to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the shop floor and via phone with product knowledge.
• Support ideas for customers and manage one hour click and collect service.
• Handle heavy lifting and use new technology as required.
