Job summary

B&Q Washington is hiring a part-time Store to Home Picker. You’ll interact with customers on the shop floor and over the phone, sharing product knowledge and helping with ideas. The role requires an organised, flexible approach to shifts from 6.00am to 8.00pm, including weekends and holidays.

This 3-month fixed-term contract involves duties like click and collect, home delivery coordination, and handling varied product ranges while prioritising customer service and safety.

Qualifications

• confident and friendly communicator, able to share product knowledge with customers in person and over the phone.
• able to prioritise tasks and stay organised on a busy shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Help customers on the shop floor with ideas and product information.
• Support the one hour click and collect service and assist with deliveries and collecting items.
