SOHO Coffee Co in the West of England is seeking a Team Member to join our fabulous café team, helping deliver our warm, welcoming service and top-quality drinks and food. You will be involved in every aspect of cafe operations, from greeting guests to preparing beverages and maintaining a clean, inviting space.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Serve high-quality hot and cold drinks, and food, following our brand standards and specifications for all menu items, including hot food categories.
• Ensure the café is always clean, tidy, and well-stocked, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and the team.
• Adapt to various tasks throughout the day, working as part of a hands-on team that supports each other all the time.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures to maintain quality and consistency in service and food preparation.
• From cooking in the kitchen to preparing drinks and handling service, every team member contributes to all areas of the café operation.
