Job summary

Soho Coffee Shops Ltd in the West of England is seeking a friendly Team Member to join our café team. You will greet guests, take orders accurately, prepare drinks and food to our brand standards, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment that makes every visit special.

You’ll work across front and back of house with flexible shifts, embrace teamwork, and bring energy and enthusiasm to every shift. We offer great training, free food and two free drinks on duty, a pension, and additional

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Serve high-quality hot and cold drinks, and food, following our brand standards and specifications for all menu items, including hot food categories.
• Ensure the café is always clean, tidy, and well-stocked, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and the team.
• Adapt to various tasks throughout the day, working as part of a hands-on team that supports each other all the time.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures to maintain quality and consistency in service and food preparation.
• From cooking in the kitchen to preparing drinks and handling service, every team member contributes to all areas of the café operation.
