Job summary

Cribbs, Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly Team Member to support our café, delivering warm hospitality and helping create a memorable guest experience. You will greet guests, take orders, serve drinks and food, and help keep the café clean and welcoming across frontline and back of house tasks.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Serve high-quality hot and cold drinks, and food, following our brand standards and specifications for all menu items.
• Ensure the café is always clean, tidy, and well-stocked, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and the team.
• Adapt to various tasks throughout the day, working as part of a hands‑on team that supports each other all the time.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures to maintain quality and consistency in service and food preparation.
