Tesco is seeking a Store/Team Manager to lead a high-performing store team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll recruit, train and develop colleagues to build capability, coach staff to be knowledgeable about products, and ensure great range and service for customers.

You’ll lead trade activity to grow sales and maximise profit, while developing knowledge to deliver the Store Change Plan and optimise resources and hours, prioritising safety and compliance every day.
