• Develop knowledge to deliver the Store Change Plan and optimise resource use for customers.
• Identify and resolve root‑cause issues with sustainable, long‑term solutions.
• Prioritise colleague safety and ensure the store trades legally with safety tools.
• Stay curious and seek opportunities to serve customers, communities and planet better every day.
