Job summary

Co-op Group is hiring a Customer Team Leader in Bramhope (Leeds area). This role leads a small team on shift, keeps shelves stocked, and ensures smooth store operations while delivering great service to the local community.

You'll handle merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes, with flexible working patterns including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings and at least one weekend shift. Ongoing training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18+ to authorise age-related sales.
• You will lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store.
• Commitment to flexible shifts including weekends and varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift.
• Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations.
• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations and setting the pace for a team of Customer Team Members.
• Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes.
