Co-op's Stopsley store in Luton is looking for a Customer Team Leader to run shifts, coach a small team and ensure smooth daily operations. You’ll help keep shelves stocked and deliver friendly service to the local community.

You'll work across early to late patterns, including weekends, with responsibilities that include merchandising, stock checks and supporting post office or bakery tasks where applicable. Training and development are provided.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a small retail team.
• Ability to coach and motivate staff.
• Flexible and weekend availability.

Responsabilidades

• Own the day-to-day running of the store during your shift.
• Lead and support the team to deliver great service and efficient operations.
• Work on the shop floor and tills, guiding daily store activities.
• Help with merchandising, stock accuracy and HR processes.
• Champion Co-op membership and community engagement.
