Home Bargains is recruiting a Store Team Leader for our Trowbridge Retail Park location. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a 44-hour week across five days, on-site, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and achieving store targets.

You will guide and develop colleagues, maintain high standards of presentation, and contribute to a thriving retail environment within a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising others in a fast-moving retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to lead a team.
