Home Bargains in Shrewsbury is seeking a Store Team Leader to work with the management team, setting daily priorities and supporting the team to hit our goals.

You’ll lead by example on the shop floor, coach new starters, and ensure shelves are stocked, merchandising is sharp, and customer service shines. The role offers development opportunities, training, and a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience supervising others in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong customer service focus and clear communication.
• Ability to prioritise and organise daily tasks effectively.

Responsabilidades
