Job summary

Home Bargains is recruiting a Store Team Leader for the St James's Retail Park location in Northampton. This full-time, permanent role involves leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and store performance, with up to 44 hours across five days.

You will oversee daily operations, guide colleagues, and uphold our high standards of presentation and service, whilst progressing within a fast-paced retail environment at TJ Morris Limited, trading as Home Bargains.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising others in a fast-moving retail or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide Our Colleagues - Collaborate with store management to ensure the team is trained, informed and capable of delivering high store standards.
• Prioritise Customer Satisfaction - Work with the management team to identify customer needs and ensure outstanding service in a safe, welcoming store.
• Drive Store Success - Support daily performance goals and help achieve targets and strong store presentation.
• Demonstrate the following competencies: Prioritise and organise work; Customer focus; Communicate effectively; Direct and supervise work.
