Home Bargains in West Thurrock, Grays is recruiting a Team Leader for a full-time, permanent role. You’ll work up to 44 hours per week across five days, leading a store team, delivering great service and maintaining high standards.

You’ll supervise colleagues on the shop floor, train new starters, and help drive store performance with energy and organisational skills. This role offers development opportunities within a fast-paced discount retailer.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising others in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
