Job summary

Domino’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily store operations, ensuring top customer service, food quality, and team performance. You’ll lead by example, motivate staff and help drive store success.

The role requires strong leadership and retail/food service experience, with flexibility for evenings, weekends and late shifts. Right to work in the UK or Ireland is required for this store location.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail or quick service restaurant (QSR) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and late nights as required.
• Right to work in the UK or Ireland (relevant to store location).

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and deputise in their absence.
• Lead, coach, and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory, food safety and store cleanliness in line with company standards.
• Monitor and control costs (labour, food, wastage) to maximise profitability.
• Assist with recruitment, training and development of team members.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations.
• Maintain a positive brand image and uphold Domino’s values.
