Job summary

Co-op Group is seeking a Customer Team Leader in a part-time role based in the United Kingdom. Qualifications

• Experience in leading a small store team to deliver customer service and store standards.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and occasional evenings.
• Experience in retail operations is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift.
• Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations.
• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations and team pace.
• Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes.
• Champion Co-op through community engagement and membership growth.
