Responsibilities

• Work with store team to wow our customers at every turn.
• Depitise for the Store Manager across store operations.
• Assist in managing the store including sales targets and team motivation.
• Support and train the team to deliver the Tapi difference.
• Support Store Manager to induct new Tapi colleagues.
• Drive sales to meet and exceed personal targets.
• Deliver outstanding service to all customers and exceed expectations.
• Assist in maintaining an excellent store appearance and promotional changes.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Contribute to continuous improvement for customers and colleagues.
