Tapi Carpets & Floors is seeking a motivated individual to join our team and support the Store Manager in running the store. You will lead by example, drive sales, and ensure we deliver the Tapi difference to every customer.

• Must have strong people skills and be able to motivate a team.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and hit sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Work with store team to wow customers at every turn.
• Deputise for Store Manager across store operations.
• Assist in managing store, sales targets and team motivation.
• Train and support team to deliver the Tapi difference.
• Induct new Tapi colleagues and drive personal sales targets.
• Deliver outstanding service to customers and exceed expectations.
• Maintain store appearance and support promotional changes.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively.
• Seek ways to continuously improve for customers and colleagues.
• Use Tapi systems to input orders accurately and efficiently.
