Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fashion retail.
• Strong customer service focus and communication.
• Ability to coach and develop Sales Assistants.
• Merchandising skills and eye for display.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Sales: To maximise the number of sales in-store.
• Service: To satisfy and build loyalty so customers return.
• Profit Protection and Stock Control: Monitor stock and ensure safety.
• Merchandising, Space, Stock and Display: Present products effectively.
• HR: Maintain fair treatment of employees and adhere to policies.
• Training and Recruitment: Develop the store team and participate in hiring.
• P&L: Help manage day-to-day store expenses.
• Property: Maintain the store premises.
• Health and Safety: Ensure safety provisions are followed daily.
• Forward Planning: Plan for the future and assist in efficient running.
