Footasylum is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a busy Metro Centre store in a fast-paced retail environment. You will coach Sales Assistants, drive in-store sales, and uphold high standards of customer service and store operations.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional shopping experiences, coaching the team to achieve potential, and maintaining strong store performance across sales, service, and visuals.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion retail and understanding of brand ethos.
• Experience in fashion retail environments preferred.
• Experience in leading and motivating a team of Sales Assistants.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced store setting.
• Highly organized with a customer-focused attitude.

• Sales: maximise store revenue.
• Service: build loyalty and repeat customers.
• Profit protection and stock control: monitor stock and safety.
• Merchandising, space, stock and display: present products attractively.
• HR: ensure fair treatment and policy adherence.
• Training and recruitment: develop store skills.
• P&L: control day-to-day expenses.
• Property: maintain store portfolio.
• Health and safety: ensure safety provisions.
• Forward planning and general duties: plan for future and operations.
