Footasylum Bromborough is seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced fashion retail environment. • Experience in fashion retail is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Sales: To maximise the number of sales in-store.
• Service: To satisfy and build loyalty through customers to ensure they return.
• Profit Protection and Stock Control: To monitor stock within your store whilst ensuring employees’ safety and well-being on company premises are met at all times.
• Merchandising, Space, Stock and Display: To display products in such a way that it stimulates interest and entices customers.
• Human Resources (HR): To safeguard colleagues’ interest by ensuring consistency and fairness in the treatment of employees by adhering to all policies and procedures within the business.
• Training and Recruitment: To provide and participate in a range of planned activities that enable you to develop the Company’s skills, attitude, and knowledge.
• Profit and Losses (P&L): Control of the day-to-day expenses to run a store successfully.
• Property: To maintain the property portfolio.
• Health and Safety: To ensure all safety provisions on the store’s premises are adhered to daily.
• Forward Planning and General Duties: To plan for the future and assist in the efficient running of the unit.
