Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
• Track record of driving sales and customer service excellence.
• Experience in training and developing store colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to manage stock, merchandising, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Maximise in-store sales through proactive selling and promotions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build loyalty.
• Oversee stock control, pricing, and stock integrity.
• Lead HR tasks: recruitment, training, and staff development.
• Plan merchandising and floor display to attract customers.
• Ensure health and safety compliance daily.
• Manage store P&L and cost controls.
• Oversee store property and facilities upkeep.
• Coordinate forward planning and daily operations.
